Pastor Dan began his calling into the ministry by attending Circleville Bible College in September 1971. Dan received his Bachelor of Sacred Literature in 1974. He received his Masters in Theology and Philosophy from Wesley Biblical Seminary, Jackson, Mississippi in 1978. He has done PHD studies in Church Administration from Trinity Divinity School, Newburg, Indiana.

Dan is married to Drusilla (Dru) and they have two grown children: Christopher Daniel, married to Shelley and Jessica Drusilla married to Jason Gleim, who have a son, Dan and Dru's first Grandson, Lucas Daniel who is their pride and joy. Dru is a building secretary at the Olentangy Arrowhead Elementary school in Delaware County.

Dan has a shepherds heart, loves his Church Family, believes strongly in preaching the Word in a relevant way to influence people to make a decision to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

Dan has pastored for 35 years.

Rev Joe Jordan- Associate Pastor - Adult Ministries

Columbus, Ohio, the fifth of eight children that were born to Minuard and Josephine Jordan, and the first of three sons that would be born without eyesight. However, thanks to good parental encouragement to the development of their God given abilities, plus good education, all three of their sightless children have been able by God's help to make their own living.

Joe gave his heart to the Lord Jesus Christ on March 9th, 1952, and received the glorious experience of the baptism of the Holy Spirit three weeks later, March 30th. Since the age of three, Joe had a strong persuasion and conviction in his heart that God was calling him into the ministry. He began his preaching ministry in March of 1954 at the age of twelve. This consisted of occasional Sunday services, weekend meetings and revivals.

Joe graduated from the Ohio State School for the Blind in Columbus, in 1960, after which he enrolled at Capital University, graduating in 1965 with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Organ. He then enrolled at Circleville Bible College, where he studied for two years for ordination into the ministry.

At the Bible College, he met Janice Long, a native of Marion, Ohio, whom he married on June 15th, 1968. Joe began his full time ministry as a teacher at Circleville Bible College from 1967 to 1970, where he taught piano and organ lessons, the Historical Books section of the Old Testament and other courses as needed.

Pastor Joe was ordained into the ministry of the Churches of Christ and Christian Union on July 5th, 1968.

Karen Black - Associate Pastor - Children's Ministries

Karen has been a member of the Pataskala Nazarene Church since 1973. She and her husband, Gary, are both graduates of Mount Vernon Nazarene University. They have a daughter, Stephanie, who is now serving God as a Nurse at a local hospital, and a son, Matthew, who is involved in the AV Ministries here at PCN

Karen has been involved in children's ministries for about 15 years. She has a passion for children and a deep desire that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

Rev. Derek Catron - Associate Pastor - Student Ministries and Assimilation

Derek graduated from Circleville Bible College in 1994 with B.A. in Christian Ministries/Youth Ministries. He has 10 years experience in Student Ministries with teenagers and College Students and has served as both an Executive Pastor and a Senior Pastor. He has a great passion for students to help them develop their faith relationship with God that will last their lifetime and to have a lot of fun at the same time! He also has a great passion for Lost people outside of the church and for the church to reach and lead them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ! He loves to be a part of church that is growing by fulfilling their Mission Statement!

He married his “Jr.High Youth Camp Girlfriend” Amy (Brown) on July 31, 1993. Amy is a gifted singer and ministry leader and an excellent “Mom” to their 5 year old son Ben who is their pride and joy! Together, they love to serve and help people through life!

Todd Bowers - Administrative Director

Todd oversees all administrative functions of the church including office and administrative staff, physical facilities, technical ministries and overall ministry coordination.

Todd's mission with PCN is to offer support to the Ministry Staff and Leaders to allow them to focus on their respective ministries.

Kris Bowers - Administrative Secretary

Kris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the church office including producing the church communications such as the Weekly Bulletins. Kris also acts as Administrative Assistant to Pastor Dan and others on the Ministry Staff. Kris and her husband Todd and 3 children, Joshua (18) Jodi (15) and Zachary (10) are all active in the church.

Rhonda Wright - Financial Secretary

Rhonda serves as the Financial Secretary, assisting our Church Treasurer, Tom Creech, with the financial and statistical records of our church. Rhonda also acts as Administrative Assistant to various members of the Ministry Staff. Rhonda and her husband Steve have two grown children and 3 grandchildren.

Drusilla Stires- Nazarene Missions International (NMI) President

Dru is the elected director of Nazarene missions in our local church. Missions is a very important part of the Church of the Nazarene.
